The Museum is Open:
April to December :
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m to 4 pm.
December to March:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday – 10 am to 4 pm
Sundays : We can open for groups of 10+ people by arrangement - Please phone 09 434 8214 for payment information and to book.
Entrance: $20 adult, $10 per child, Family $50.
Please note: We have no Credit Card Facilities- Eftpos or Cash only
Recommendations
We advise you to wear comfortable footwear.
Take time to linger , take plenty of photos and videos , enjoy your memories which the collection will definitely recall.
Facilities
Most of the museum is pushchair and wheelchair accessible, there are some areas not accessible to Wheelchairs, there are areas only accessible via stairs.
A wheelchair is available – please ask for assistance if needed.
There is no cafe onsite, but ‘The Office Cafe’ is next door to the museum, serving excellent food and drinks for lunches and morning and afternoon teas. The cafe closes at 3 pm.
